Homemade Recipe: All-Purpose Cleaner

In attempt to remove all kinds of chemicals from our home and go all-natural, I decided to give some homemade recipes a try and I’m starting with an All-Purpose cleaner. I found this recipe at  5 Chicks and a Farmer blog and it’s super easy to make!

All-Purpose Cleaner Ingredients:

  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoon of Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Soap (Fair Trade!)
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 4 drops of lavender essential oil
  • 4 drops of lemon essential oil
  • 1 spray bottle

Combine all ingredients in the bottle and clean away!

    • I know, I think we’ve forgotten why these ingredients have been used for years. With the use of essential oils, the cleaner’s scent is completely customizable and much better than the store-bought ones – bonus!
